Wanda Quinn has been an educator both of students and our community. She has taught by example that we can be the solution to problems and issues. By starting the EXCEL foundation, working as an educator and by now working to shape the programs offer by U of I in Coeur d'Alene she continues to expand the possibilities of our town.
